Welcome to the Careers section of Eos Visions. On this site you will find current job offers and all relevant info on how to apply. Please read them careful and act accordingly as not complying with the procedure outlined on how to apply will make a not so good first impression.

But first, let us briefly introduce to you what it means to work at Eos Visions.


About Eos Visions as an employer
We’re always looking for energetic, passionate and committed people to help us carry out our work in our destinations. A solid, broad-based intellectual capacity is most important to us, so that we strongly encourage graduates from non-tourism-related backgrounds such as development economics, history or journalism and others to apply.

At Eos Visions, we see our team members as our most valuable assets. We place particular emphasis on finding employees who are very well-educated, highly intellectually challenging, outgoing, charismatic, loyal, honest, hard-working, creative, out-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving. How to apply
We only accept applications by email! You will not even receive an answer if you are applying in a different way. Please email all your documents to recruitment@eos-visions.com.

What documents we expect:

  • Motivation letter– what are you applying for, why do you want to work with Eos Visions and what do you think qualifies you for the job?
  • CV– clearly structured and highly informative on a maximum of two to three pages.
  • Most applicable References, certificates of employment and certificates of degrees earned– please scan the originals and attach them to your application.
  • Adding one or several pictures is a plus but not mandatory.

A pdf-format is highly encouraged, alternatively please use Microsoft Word. We expect your application in English and please write it yourself. There is a limit on the maximum size of your application email: Please make it sure the whole email with all documents attached is less then 10MB in size.

Each applicant receives a response from our HR team. However, it may take several weeks until we get back to you. Please restrain from asking questions about your application within the first two months after sending it.
 

Internships & volunteer placements
We regularly have interns and volunteers in all our destinations – both from the respective country and from abroad. Internships and volunteer placements are usually between 3 and 12 months long and generally unpaid. However, Interns who are with us for at least 6 months will receive allowances to cover living costs etc. and might even receive a small monthly pay. Our interns and volunteers will have the opportunity to be fully integrated into the teams, thereby guaranteeing a very rewarding experience.
